In this role, Cwick Commercial Contracting (CCC) manages all trade coordination and project scheduling, ensuring the safe, timely, and successful delivery of projects for our clients.
Program Management
In program management, Cwick Commercial Contracting (CCC) represents the project owner, providing end-to-end oversight to seamlessly integrate every phase of the construction process. From planning and design to procurement, construction, and development, CCC ensures a cohesive and efficient project delivery.
Build-To-Suit Services
A key strength of CCC is our ability to serve build-to-suit needs with the most comprehensive project management system in the industry and a not-to-exceed price guarantee. You will be assigned a full time project manager to communicate during all stages of your project.
Design Build
In a design build application, you define overall objectives including design style and square feet required. A proposal defining the total cost of the project is provided based on your wish list and objectives.
Feasibility & Economic Analysis
CCC can examine the technical, legal, economic and financial aspects of a development project in the concept state.
