In program management, CCC works for the project owner, using comprehensive management services to integrate the various facets of the construction process. CCC manages the planning, design, procurement, construction and development of your project.

In a design build application, you define overall objectives including design style and square feet required. A proposal defining the total cost of the project is provided based on your wish list and objectives.

CCC can examine the technical, legal, economic and financial aspects of a development project in the concept state. A feasibility study might weigh the advantages of renovating an existing building versus constructing a new one, or confirm the suitability of a building to house a particular set of functions.
